This varies depending upon the seasonal ingredients available. Home made Pasta, such as Pici and Tagliatelle, Salami from the Cinta Senese Pig, Cheese from Pienza and meat of the highest quality produced in our locality. This last is a must for those who like the finer tastes. For those who prefer something lighter there is always the Ribollita (Vegetable and Bread Soup) or a vegetable terrine.
